Delivery Methods
PDF Plan Sets
Delivered digitally by email as a PDF attachment or secure download link. Typically delivered within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. PDF plan sets are ready to print at any print shop or use on your device as-is.
CAD Files (.dwg)
Delivered digitally by email in standard .dwg format, compatible with AutoCAD and most architectural software. Typically delivered within 1–2 business days. CAD files allow your local architect or engineer to make digital modifications directly.

Orders placed over weekends or South African public holidays are processed the next business day.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Plans are delivered to the email address provided during purchase.
- If you do not receive your plans within 2 business days, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
- BH Designs does not offer physical (printed) plan delivery. All plans are digital.
- Once plans are delivered, your order is considered complete. All sales are final — see our Terms & Conditions.
- If you need your plans urgently, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Did Not Receive Your Plans?
If your plans have not arrived within 2 business days:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for emails from support@bhdesigns.co.za.
- If you still cannot find them, contact us with your order number and we will resend immediately.
